Viennese Fiaker-Package „Imperial, royal, princely”
The “Fiaker” is very typical for Vienna, a horse-drawn carriage which is especially popular with tourists in Austria. In the morning the Fiaker takes you from the hotel to the city. Sitting in the Fiaker you will pass the most important sights like the Vienna State Opera, the Hofburg, the both big museums, the parliament and the town hall. Stroll through the pedestrian areas, explore the very small historic streets with the terrific classical facades. Take a good look at the city and find the little very traditional coffee houses. Try the popular coffee and a piece of cake at the K. & K. Hofzuckerbäckerei Demel on the Kohlmarkt – one of the most luxurious shopping areas in Vienna.
Visit the World Cultural Heritage – the Schönbrunn castle, the summer residence of the Habsburgs. You will be able to attend tours through the living rooms of the emperor Franz Joseph I and the empress Sissi. In the huge park of Schönbrunn you will also find the “crown prince garden”, a labyrinth and the well-known palm house. Or go and see the Belvedere castle, which as the Schönbrunn castle has a glorious park. In the Belvedere castle you will be able to visit various exhibitions.
In the evening we will serve you a four-course dinner at our restaurant “Wiener Wirtschaft”. Enjoy the culinary delights with Austrian dishes of the region. Later on you will spend an unforgettable evening at the Casino Vienna at the Palais Esterhazy in the Kärntnerstraße, which is only a few steps away from our hotel.
